50年愛されたお寿司屋さんを、世代をつなぐ“日本茶喫茶”へ

2025年8月に、元お寿司屋さんを居抜きでカフェにします。
日本茶を中心に提供し、50年続いた安心できる空間を長続きさせたいと考えています。
50年続いた地元のお寿司屋さんを、 
“誰かに出会える”“何かに気付ける”和の喫茶店として未来へ繋ぎたい。
どうか、この場所を一緒に残してくれませんか？


2025年、私はある決意をしました。
それは、地元で50年にわたって愛されてきた小さなお寿司屋さんを引き継ぎ、
「日本茶喫茶」として生まれ変わらせること。


カフェを開くことが夢だったわけではありません。
ただ、子どもの頃に通ったことがあり、出前をとり、家族と語らった――
そんな思い出が詰まったこのお店を、
「なくしてしまうには、あまりにも惜しい」と心から思ったのです。


囲炉裏のある和の空間、趣のある本瓦の屋根。
できる限り元のお店のぬくもりを残しながら、
新たに幅広い世代が集い、ホッと一息つける場所を作りたい。
そんな想いで、慣れないながらも必死で日本茶を学び、
全国のカフェを巡ってヒントを集めてきました。


でも現実には、最低限の設備投資や改修費用などを考えると、
どうしても自分の貯金だけでは足りません。


この場所を次の世代に引き継ぎ、
「ふと立ち寄って、心がほぐれる」
「なんだか人生が少しだけ軽くなる」
そんな体験を提供できる喫茶店に育てたいと思っています。


2025年8月8日のオープンに向けて準備を進めています。

I want to carry on a local sushi restaurant that has been cherished for 50 years—and turn it into a warm Japanese tea café where people can meet someone new or discover something within themselves.
Would you help me preserve this special place?
In 2025, I made a heartfelt decision.That decision was to take over a small sushi restaurant that had been loved by the community for half a century—and to give it new life as a Japanese tea café.
It was never my dream to open a café.But this shop is filled with memories:of visiting it as a child, ordering delivery, sharing family conversations over sushi...
I truly felt that letting it disappear would be such a loss.
With its traditional irori hearth and elegant honkawara tile roof,I want to preserve as much of the original warmth as possible,while creating a space where people of all generations can gather, relax, and feel at ease.
Driven by this vision, I’ve been doing my best—learning about Japanese tea from scratch,and visiting cafés across the country to gather inspiration.
But in reality, my personal savings alone are not enoughto cover even the minimum costs of renovations and essential equipment.
I hope to pass this place on to the next generation,and nurture it into a café where people can stop by on a whim and feel their hearts gently unwind—a place where life just feels a little lighter.
