デビュー時はIRIAMで活動を始め、たくさんの出会いと応援の中で現在、
1.５周年を迎えようとしています。

もっと自分の可能性を広げたくて、支えてくれるみんなと一緒に、新しい挑戦へ踏み出しました。TikTokやTwitchに活動の場を移し、これからは、Live2D実装を機に、YouTubeにも活動の幅を広げていきます！
私が作りたいのは、「一日の終わりに、今日も楽しかったなって思える場所」。
友達同士が友達になり、わちゃわちゃ笑いながら、でも、時折見せる私の姿に「しろ、すごい！」と感じてもらい、そして同時に、みんなの“すごいところ”も何気ない言葉や表情の中から、その人らしい輝きを見つけて、導き出し、敬愛と親愛で支え合える──そんなあたたかい世界を大事にしています。この一枚絵も大好きなリスナーさんばかりが載っているの思い出いっぱいの一枚です。
私やみんなの姿が、ほんの少しでも「一歩踏み出してみようかな」って思えるきっかけをより多く届けられるよう、活動を続けています。
私は、Vという姿を通して、リアルと地続きの世界にも挑戦していきたいと思っています。Vだからこそ、リアルな世界にも並んで立てることを証明したい。世界に、Vの可能性を驚きとして届けたい。

After moving my main content to TikTok, I’m now expanding into YouTube with the launch of my new Live2D model.

今回のクラウドファンディングでは、新しいLive2Dモデルの実装とお披露目を目指しています。
現在、Live2D制作は最終調整段階にまできておりますが、
制作の中で私一番拘ったのは表情の豊かさと自然さです。
理由としては、ただ「新しい姿を見せたい」「動くようになりたい」というわけではなく、
・今までよりも『伝える』ということの幅を持ちたい
・表現力を高めて、今まで挑戦できなかった色々な『企画』に挑戦してみたい
・リアルの配信者と遜色がない『配信』をお届けしたい
・より多くの人と関わり、『心に触れたい』
・グレードアップした『感動』と『体験』をお届けしたい
Vという姿で、たくさんのことにチャレンジへ踏み出すための本気の一歩です。
そして、この一歩を通して「しろちゃん、また進んだね」と思ってもらえるような、
変わっていくことをちゃんと喜び合える節目にしたい。
私がVである理由であり、実現したい“Vだからこそできる”未来で、リアルにも並んで立てる存在になるための挑戦でもあります。
This crowdfunding campaign is all about bringing my brand-new Live2D model to life—and sharing that moment with all of you. Right now, the model is in its final stages of development. What I’ve focused on the most throughout this process is expression—making sure every movement feels natural, and every emotion comes through clearly.

もとは、Live2Dとお披露目などに向けた資金をTikTokでの支援で賄おうとしていました。
ですが、媒体の性質上、70万円ほど頂くにはその倍の140万円ほどになってしまいます。
実際にやってみて様子を見ていましたが、やはり、決して大量にいるリスナーさん枠ではない
私の配信ではみんなへ不必要な負担をかけてしまうという結論に至りました。
結果、リスナーさんとも相談して残りの分をクラウドファンディングにて支援を仰ぐ決断をしました。

At first, I was planning to cover the cost of the Live2D model through support on TikTok.
But as I started looking into it more, I realized that due to the nature of the platform, reaching ¥700,000 in actual support would’ve required nearly double that—around ¥1,400,000 in total.
I tested it out for a while and quietly kept an eye on how things were going. And eventually, I came to a decision to hopefully decrease the burden on the people who are already give me so much.
So, after talking with my followers, I made a new choice to ask for your help through this crowdfunding campaign to support the rest of the cost. (Thanks to what’s already been raised on TikTok, I’ve been able to share 40% of the illustration for the Live2D model publicly!)

迷いの時代：自由に喋れなくなった私
私はバイリンガルであり、海外と日本を行き来していた関係で
「コミュニケーション」そして「表現」において、
言語のに違いによるギャップを日々感じながら育ってきました。
居場所がないと感じる時も、ちょっとした表現力のなさによるすれ違いや
文化の理解において沢山の悪戦苦闘を繰り返してきました。
学べば学ぶほど悩み、理解しようとすればするほど迷いました。
要は自由に喋れなくなったんです。怖いという気持ちが勝ってしまっていた時期が長い間ありました。
今となっては、リスナーさんに「コミュ障なんて嘘だー！しろがそんなわけない！」と言われますが、
それはみんなのおかげです。
この成長にこそ、今回のプロジェクトの背景があります。
少し振り返ります。
表現に救われた過去
喋れなくなったとはいえ、昔から表現をすることが大好きだった私は、
両言語で音楽や演技、ダンスなど、さまざまな表現方法を学んできました。
喋れなくなった私にとって、これが唯一の発散だったのでしょう。
でも、歳を重ねれば周りの邪魔が入ったり、
意見もシビアになってきますし、将来のことも気になり始めます。
「上手くない」と自分を信じられなくなり、「勉強に専念し始めないと」と心に蓋をし始めました。
周りの声を聞き入れすぎていたんです。
「未来」という不確かなものには不安しかありませんでした。
皆さんもそんな経験はきっとあるかと思います。
私は将来が見えなかった分、学業含めていろんなことを学び、経験して、
でも、学べば学ぶほど、「どこに進めばいいのか」わからなくなっていきました。
喋ることに対する気持ちと全く同じになっていったんです。
何かの正解を探して、ずっと走り続けていたんだと今振り返れば思います。
「これが楽しい！仕事にしたい！」と思えるほど夢中になれるものは心の蓋のせいで気づけず、
わからないから周りの意見を聞き入れる。
聞き入れて、その通りにできる程、器用だった様で、
やればやるほど迷い苦しみ、視野が狭くなっていきました。
限界が来ないはずもなく、来た時には全てが破綻しました。
体も動かず、動悸がおさまらず、今までできていたことが全くできなくなりました。
当時は自分を責めまくりました。
「なんでこんなこともできないの」
その言葉を繰り返し、存在価値なんて地に落ちるどころか、地下海底ぐらいの域でした。
（ん？なんか暗くなってない？？大丈夫。次で救われるから笑）
でも、配信はそんな私を変えてくれた
まぁでも、私はきっと良い時代に生きていて、運に恵まれているんだと思います。
一度だけ、何もかもどうでもよく、気持ちも上がっていた時に始めた配信。
ただつけたんです。
おしゃべりは大好きだったけど、人の目を気にする性格で、
ずっとためらっていた本音や想いを言葉にしました。
ただ自由に。
それがきっかけで私はVライバーにスカウトをされて、
宮比しろが誕生しました。
（めちゃくちゃ、端折りましたが）
宮比しろとして、大切にしていること
そして、しろちゃんに産まれるときに思いました。
もし趣味の延長線上で収まらず、ちゃんとファンができたら
・私の活動を通して前を向くきっかけになれる様な活動をしていく
・言語や文化の表現に悩んだからこそ、架け橋になりたい
（文化的要素や言語的な壁を紹介して抵抗をなくしていきたい）
・私の弱みも強みも全て詰め込んだ自由な姿を徹底する
これらを心に留め活動していくことを。
そして、びっくりするほど
配信を通してたくさんの人と出会い、
声をかけてもらって、
支えてもらって、
私らしさを大事に成長をさせていってくれました。
宮比しろという存在としても、一個人としても、
自分を大事にすること、思っているよりも自信を持っていいこと。
何より、笑顔が増えました！
みんなのおかげで毎日が楽しいです✨
この成長の一歩一歩を共に歩み、楽しんでくれる方々のおかげで
このまま進み続けたい！
次は何をしよう？
と、進むたびにワクワクし、
未来への抵抗感はなくなり、「正解」なんてどうでも良くなっていきました。
そして初めて「これが私の進む道だ」と確信に近いものを抱くようにになりました。
Live2Dは“見える表現”のはじまり
Live2Dになりたいと思ったのは、ただ見た目を変えたいからじゃありません。
これまで届けきれなかった想いを、“表情”として伝えられるようになるからです。
声だけでは伝えきれなかった温度、沈黙の中にある気持ち、そのひとつひとつが、
ようやく「見える形」になる──それが、私にとってどれほど大きな変化か、
言葉では足りないくらいです。
動けるようになることで、きっと、もっとたくさんの人とつながれる。
だから私は、今このタイミングで、Live2Dという新しい姿に進みたいと思いました。
これは終わりじゃなく、“思い出のはじまり”
これはゴールじゃなくて、始まりです。これから先、きっと新しい技術や形にも挑戦していくと思います。そのたびに一緒に驚いたり、笑ったり、ページをめくるように、
この一歩が“思い出のはじまり”になることを願っています。
When I Lost My Voice
Being bilingual—constantly moving between Japan and overseas—meant that I was always navigating the space between languages and cultures.
I grew up noticing the small gaps in communication. I struggled with misunderstandings, with not quite knowing how to express myself. Sometimes, I felt like I didn’t belong anywhere.
The more I tried to learn and understand, the more confused I became. Eventually, I stopped speaking freely—not because I didn’t want to, but because I was scared.Scared of saying the wrong thing.Scared of not being understood.
There was a long period where I couldn’t express myself the way I wanted to. I lost my voice—not physically, but emotionally. People now tell me,“There’s no way you used to be shy!” But honestly, I owe everything to the people who supported me and gave me space to be myself.
That growth—that change—is what lies at the heart of this project.Expression Saved Me
Even when I couldn't speak, I always loved expressing myself.
Music, acting, dance—those were my outlets in both languages. They became my way of surviving the silence.
But as I grew older, it got harder to protect those parts of me. People around me began to expect more. They had opinions. And I starteddoubting myself.
I told myself I wasn’t good enough. That I should focus on studying. I shut myself down little by little, taking in what everyone else said and trying to become what they wanted me to be.
The future felt overwhelming—uncertain and full of fear. And the more I studied, the more lost I felt. It was just like when I lost my voice: I kept searching for the “right” path, but the more I looked, the less I could see.
Until one day, I broke. My body gave up.
I couldn’t move.
I couldn’t breathe.
I blamed myself for everything.
And I felt like I had no worth at all.Streaming Gave Me Back My Voice
But somehow, I was lucky. I was born in a time when streaming existed—and one day, when I had nothing left to lose, I pressed “go live.”
I didn’t plan anything. I just... turned it on.I started talking, honestly and freely, without overthinking it.And that moment changed everything.
That stream led to me being scouted as a V-liver. And that’s when Miyabi Shiro was born.Why I Became Shiro
When I became Shiro, I made a quiet promise to myself: If I ever gained a real audience—not just as a hobby—I would:

・Be a bridge between cultures and languages, because I know how isolating those walls can be

And to my surprise, people responded.

They helped me grow—not just as Shiro, but as myself.
Because of them, I learned to take care of my heart again. I learned I could be proud of who I am.And most importantly—I started to smile more.

Live2Dモデルの制作は、すでにスタートしています！現在は、パーツ分けが終わり、
モデリング作業が進行中で、完成は6月中旬〜6月下旬を予定しています。
ちょっとずつ、少しずつ、「しろちゃん」が動けるようになっていく様子を見て、
私もすでにそわそわ、どきどき、わくわく……してますっ！
新しい姿に合わせて、TwitchやYouTubeでの活動もスタートできるよう、Twitchでテスト配信をしたり等、配信環境や機材の準備も、コツコツ整えているところです。
これまでIRIAMやTikTokで育ててもらった“しろらしさ”を残しつつ、もっとたくさんの人と、もっといろんな時間を一緒に過ごせるようにしたいなって思っています。
クラウドファンディングのリターンも、デザインや構成をひとつずつ大切に考えました。
届いたときに「わぁ！」って笑顔になってもらえるように、心を込めて準備しています！

Preparing for Shiro’s Evolution
I’m doing everything I can to make sure this new step in Shiro’s journey is delivered in the best way possible!
Production for my Live2D model is already underway! The parts have been completed, and the actual modeling work is in progress.We’re aiming for the final model to be ready between mid to late June. Every time I see a little more of “Shiro” come to life, I can’t help but feel nervous, excited, and full of anticipation…
To match this new look, I’ve also started preparing for future content on Twitch and YouTube. From test streams to equipment setup, I’ve been gradually building an environment where I can stream with even more freedom.
While staying true to the “Shiro-ness” that I’ve developed on IRIAM and TikTok, I want to spend more time with even more people—and create memories together across new platforms.
As for the crowdfunding rewards, I’ve carefully designed and structured each one, hoping they’ll bring a smile to your face the moment they arrive.Every detail is being prepared with love and gratitude.
This Live2D debut isn’t the finish line. It’s the beginning of something new. And I’m working hard every day to make sure that first step is unforgettable✨
