■契約施設数100軒突破
Reluxは、セーバーホスピタリティとの提携により、宿泊施設単体では困難であったGDSへの流通チャネルを提供し、ビジネス出張や富裕層旅行など、新しい顧客層と繫がる世界市場へのアプローチを支援しております。
セーバーホスピタリティとパートナー提携開始以降、Relux HOTEL GDSサービスの契約施設数は100軒を突破し、現在も多くの施設様からお問い合わせをいただいております。
この反響の大きさからも、GDSが世界中の旅行者と宿泊施設をつなぐ有力なプラットフォームであることを実感しています。
■宿泊業界の人手不足の課題にも貢献
2025年3月12日に帝国データバンクが発表した全国「旅館・ホテル市場」動向調査（2024年度見通し）（※2）によると、2024年度の国内旅館・ホテル市場は、事業者売上高ベースで過去最高となる5.5兆円に達する見込みです。
一方で、深刻化する労働力不足への対応が喫緊の課題とされており、宿泊業界全体でのデジタル化や省人化の推進が急務となっています。

Over 100 Properties Contracted for the Relux HOTEL GDS Service
Through its partnership with Sabre Hospitality, Relux is providing participating accommodations with access to GDS distribution channels-something that has traditionally been difficult for individual properties to achieve. This initiative supports hotels and ryokans in reaching new customer segments, such as business travelers and high-net-worth individuals, by expanding into the global travel market.
Since launching the partnership with Sabre Hospitality, the number of properties contracted under the Relux HOTEL GDS service has exceeded 100, and interest from additional accommodations continues to grow.
This strong response reinforces our belief that GDS platforms are a powerful tool for connecting accommodations in Japan with travelers around the world.
Contributing to Labor Shortage Solutions in the Hospitality Industry
According to the nationwide “Ryokan and Hotel Market Trends” survey (FY2024 outlook) released by Teikoku Databank on March 12, 2025 (*2), the domestic ryokan and hotel market in Japan is projected to reach a record high of 5.5 trillion yen in revenue for fiscal year 2024.
At the same time, addressing the growing labor shortage has become an urgent issue, driving the need for digitalization and labor-saving solutions across the hospitality industry.
