大豆から作られた新しいヴィーガンチーズ Soy Yesの試作を開始

株式会社ヴィーゴ・ジャパン・インターナショナル（本社: 東京都目黒区、代表取締役：シャーデルファニーカリン、代表取締役:川端祐人）と株式会社染野屋（本社:茨城県取手市、代表取締役社長兼CEO:小野篤人）は新商品Soy Yesの試作品を共同開発し新商品をリリースする。
Soy Yesはプラントベース発酵させた、アニマルフリーのヴィーガンチーズとなる。
サステナブルな社会を実現するため、乳製品を使わないヴィーガンチーズを開発、製造販売してきた株式会社ヴィーゴ・ジャパン・インターナショナルと、豆腐を中心に大豆由来のSoMeat(ソミート）など多数の商品を開発してきた株式会社染野屋の大豆を掛け合わせた新商品となる。
現時点で開発中なのは、プレーン、ハーブ、パプリカの3種類で、今年中の製品化を目指している。

尚、販売価格、正式販売時期は未定。

Vego Japan International (Head office: Meguro-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Fanny Karin Tjaeder and Yuto Kawabata) and Somenoya Co. (Head office: Toride City, Ibaraki Prefecture; President and CEO: Atsuto Ono) jointly develop and release prototype of new product line Soy Yes.
Soy Yes is a plantbased fermented vegan cheese, free from any animal ingredients. The new product is a result of the collaboration between Vego Japan International Inc., who is developing, manufacturing and marketing dairy-free vegan cheese for a more sustainable food production, and Somenoya Ltd., who has developed a number of products centered around tofu, including soybean-derived SoMeat.
Soy Yes is currently prototyped in three flavors: plain, herb and paprika, with the aim of commercializing the product this year.

Pricing and official release date have not yet been determined.
